Large timber trusses in the main living room and a moss rock gas fireplace allow for memorable gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for catering in keeping with the size and decor of the home. The dining table seats 10-12. Stream your favorite tunes to any of the 8 separate zones in the house and just to keep everyone happy, the Sonos system allows your group to play different music in each zone. 

After a long and enjoyable day on the mountain or exploring the beauty of Summit County, take full advantage of the sauna and outdoor hot tub. It simply does not get any better than this!

Access to town and the ski area is very easy. We are only 600 yards from the base of Peak 8 and you can catch the free shuttle bus from approx 150 yards from the house. Walking to Main St Breck is a leisurely 1.2 mile walk down Ski Hill Road. You may wish to consider getting the bus home! Whilst the ski resort is open during the ski season or during the summer when the Peak 8 fun park is open, the gondola offers a lovely way to get to and from town.
